Latest Updates from Our Project:
Update December 2018

To all FMJ backers, I would like to apologise for the poor communication from me, this is not fair and if you knew me personally as some of you do, you know this isn’t my true self. I would first like to reinforce that this project is still alive and is breathing; slowly and quietly but it’s heart still beats. I am so sorry for my progress and my overall attitude to FMJ and to you, I have really found this one of the most difficult challenges to overcome and still trying to do so. I have taken some battle scars from this year and some of these I have attached themselves to FMJ, which is not fair to you. Again I am sorry for this. I have and continue to find it difficult to face my responsibilities on completing this project, I loved every minute of designing and creating this game and feels like the final stretch is a million miles to my feet – I am trying to understand why this is happening and fighting my own demons. I do not understand what holds me back from updating and keeping you in the loop, the only reason that I can think of is I am worried and anxious of failing you and myself.
I do know that I will not let you down, I will complete this game and you will have a chance to play what I started to create.
I promise that.
I also promise an update before the end of the year, with some pictures of the progress.
Thank you,
P.

I just want to thank everyone for the kind messages from my previous update - it really has pulled me up and out of the gloom and back into FMJ. I am more determined than I have been for a very long time to make sure I finish the game we started out in September 2016.
ALL 22,000+ werewolves will be landing within a couple of weeks at my house - and I will be getting them ready to send out to you beautiful backers, a task that right now seems so bloody daunting but also super hyped to get my hands back on those little dog faced killers.
As a small thank I would like to share a video of a Full Moon Jacket play through with myself, Mark and Phil made at Phil’s amazing house and WargamerOnline HQ. Too many beards in one room.
I heard something profound last week, I would like to share with you all… ‘You Win or You Learn”, and right now this learning curve is hard, but I have no doubt FMJ will be out, on your doorstep (or garden, depends on the delivery service I guess, maybe Dave your neighbour?) as soon as I can get it to you.
Thanks again for ALL of your support.
Paul.

Dear everyone that has backed ‘Full Moon Jacket’
I need to let you know some things and explain my absence here for the last few months.
Firstly, I want to apologise for not being as connected as I should be, things have slipped and that has given some of you concern to think your pledges will not be fulfilled. That was wrong and I’m sorry for the concern this has caused you.
Now the hard bit… to cut a very long story short, I have had personal issues which has ended a very important relationship in my life, this is not what I want and the realisation has hit me like a freight train. I am devastated and recovery from such a shock has not been easy…and I am a long way from it. It has meant I have struggled to function and handle a lot of things I should and this Kickstarter and keeping you updated has been one of them.
I am lucky to have a number of friends who have supported me through this and Mark at Word Forge has been there for me, but letting you guys know this falls to me.
Mark and I have recently discussed how to handle the KS going forward, and I should make somethings clear.
1. This Kickstarter is not dead and will happen. It is behind, but I fully intend to make it happen.
2. I am handling the Kickstarter - Word Forge are making the models for me, but I own the Kickstarter. That means I will handle the prepping of the models and commissioning the game, add-ons and handling the shipping.
3. Word Forge have licenced the game for all aspects after the Kickstarter, but are not responsible for the things mentioned in point 2.
4. I have agreed with Word Forge that we will ensure you get approximately fortnightly (2 weekly) updates of future progress.
5. All cardboard aspects are good to go, and the miniatures will be ready in the same timescales.
Again, I apologise for my absence, but with the support of my friends we will make this game happen!

Hi everyone. Word Forge Games here!
Firstly sorry for the delay in update. It has been a very busy time for us as we work through multiple projects, but rest assured we have not sat idle with respect to Full Moon Jacket.
Resin Miniatures:
As you can see the resin miniature situation is great. We are complete on a number of the lines and the rest are well in hand.
File Preparation for Printing
Paul and WFG have been finalising the various 'cardboard' assets for print. A long and dull job, but a necessity.
Go Big or Go Home!
As you know, Paul bought Word Forge Games in to help market and distribute Full Moon Jacket. This has turned out to be a very fruitful collaboration meaning that 2 large distribution deals are now in place.
This though changes the business model as requirement for the game manufacture goes from a few hundred to a few thousand.
Initially we were going to work with a great company out of Sheffield, UK to make the cardboard, but as the requirement jumped to 1000s we have had to move further afield. This means that we are now working with Chinese and Polish manufacturers to determine the best avenue to get the game made. Sheffield will still make the KS exclusive addons.
Next!?
Commission the best manufacturer and work with them to get the game into the UK on time!

Hello one and all!
This weekend Word Forge Games will be at Uk Games Expo (in Hall 1 Stand G12) with Full Moon Jacket.
For a great interactive map of UKGamesExpo 2018 on 'The Offline Gamer' go here:
WFG will be demoing FMJ on Friday, so come along and check it out.
The Miniatures
Ready for Expo, WFG have commissioned the rather talented Jason Frowde of Painting Knights to paint up a demo set of the FMJ miniatures. These models will be used to Demo on Friday and will be on display the rest of the weekend.
Have a look at his Facebook page, to see more of Jason's awesome work. He is a clear advocate for smaller and independent Kickstarter companies, so his page is well worth a look and a Like.
