FMJ first wave to Oceania has been sent out, you should be receiving an email / message very soon if you haven't already.  

As you are all aware shipping prices have furiously skyrocketed all over the world and have caused huge decisions here, we have tried to find the best solutions to this and are working on getting the last handful out as best we can.

For those few that require a replacement werewolf / miniatures please email me as we are sorting these out ([email protected]).

We have had minor issues with getting FMJ to Canadian backers, miscommunication and human error on some cases through the several lines / companies involved in sending these out, we are sorting these out as best we can.

If you backed / pledged for a 'Bag Of Werewolves' only you will be receiving these this week (UK) and next week if outside of the UK.

Thank you all again for your patience if you haven't received your FMJ yet, it has been and continues to be a difficult and challenging time for us all. Every step forward is one closer to completion.

It's finally happening.  I have been told today from ShipQuest that QML (USA fulfilment company) are sending out the US and Canadian Full Moon Jacket boxes!! 

It has been complicated and at times very testing, and I can only thank you all for your constant support and infinite patience.  ShipQuest and QML have been super helpful through the complexity of this very much passionate project, with all the different parts and components to each game and with 1000's of miles between my home (where I previously packaged by hand) to the warehouse in Florida.

Thank you all again.  The next few days / weeks they will be landing at your doors!!

Shipping Update: North America and Rest Of The World finally moving.

Hey Backers. 

I've got a fantastic update for you today along with a sincere apology.

Full Moon Jacket is finally in the container, sailing on the Atlantic and bound for the U.S.A. This means that within 3-4 weeks, our fulfilment company will have their hands on the game and be in a position to ship out the remaining orders.  

I'm very sorry it has taken so long to get this update to you all and I can only thank you for your patience. 

Originally the ship was due for November- with a collection window booked in, the paperwork on the way to the U.S.A-side of the logistical chain before it all went quiet. The U.K-side handler was having a lot of trouble shipping anything, communication became broken up and answers to my questions started to take a long time. The next date I was given was the end of Nov... then Dec... now before Christmas... between Christmas and New Years...

Full Moon Jacket ended up being in a nightmarish cycle of being given an imminent shipping date, with myself ready to finally update Backers, to having nothing from the shipping side and then being told the shipping date was imminent again.

( An article published in March this year has at least shone a light for me on what my logistics company was having to deal with and why they seemed to be suddenly adrift in their own industry but) ultimately, my lack of updates on this project was unacceptable and I'm very sorry.

I felt like if I posted a "no-date yet" update that essentially gave you nothing - I would be wasting your time even getting you to read it,  but likewise- I refrained from providing you with any of the dates I was given back in November time. In hindsight at least, it would have raised your hopes (as it did mine) and then dashed them awfully. What I should have done is been transparent about the trouble Full Moon Jacket was finding itself in trying to find a shipping date and so I apologise for burying my head in the proverbial sand.

Getting this project to fulfilment has been a real journey, with a whole catalogue of amateur errors and f*ck ups from myself and a few real let-downs from professional services within the industry. I have learnt how fragile a new business is and how much of what we do has to be learnt from the ground up through relentless hard work.

 However, I have been inspired by the huge amount of love and support received from yourselves, the backers, and my family and friends. A special mention goes to James Faulkner, pictured in the photo below, who has been instrumental in getting Full Moon Jacket produced, packaged and fulfilled. Without him, I am not sure how well my mental health would have coped with the immense stress of getting this game and its lingering logistical problem dealt with. 

Now the game is on the boat and I can at least shake off the ennui that has arisen from the purgatory of this fulfilment journey.  James and I are ready to get this final part of the fulfilment journey sorted and to leave you satisfied with your final product / delivery.

Hi All,

A massive apology for the lateness in this update.  It has been ridiculously busy and stressful time and I have suffered quite badly from the pandemic and work conditions.  I have been working on the USA shipping and it has been so much more complicated than I first believed, I have had to bring in someone in to help out.

The latest with the US shipping is that I have Shipping Quest in the UK shipping out from Nottingham / UK, and OTX for registering the importing (US) and now working with QML in partner with Shipping Quest in the US to fulfil when it arrives (boxing and posting).

It has been very much a struggle to get everything sorted, at first I was working purely with Shipping Quest and the assumption was they would manage it all, then Brexit changed ALL the numbers and costs and now I have to work with three parties in getting this sorted.

The plan is to get all remaining FMJ boxes picked up at the start of February and shipped out!!

Hi Backers,

As of yesterday ALL UK and ALL EU boxes have been sent out and being collected to be shipped.  The postal company have put a 3 to 5 day delivery time on them.  

As mentioned previously if you ordered a tshirt this will be sent out separately but very soon.

For the express US / CAN / AUS backers that have messages, thank you - you should have been sent an invoice, these boxes are to be readied and sent by Monday next week.
